    Our Spring Break Mini Camp was a great success! The camp had two three hour sessions on Friday April 3 and Saturday April 4 for both a middle school group and a high school group. In total, there were 24 players in attendance. The clinic also included four players who were brand new to lacrosse! It was a great environment to introduce the game to new players while providing personalized instruction to both the new and returning players.     Mi Elite is happy to announce its partnership with State of Fitness and owner Justin Grinnell. Justin along with other State of Fitness trainers will be running a strength and conditioning session for girls in both middle school and high school. There will be two one hour sessions per week. In order to provide the best level of training, each group will only allow 15 girls. Please make sure to register ASAP to reserve a spot. The sessions will be on Tuesday and Thursdays in the morning.     Owner and head coach of Mi Elite Mackenzie Lawler has officially been added to the Central Michigan University women's lacrosse staff as of February 2, 2015. She has volunteered for the program since August and has accepted the full time position as the first assistant. CMU will be a NCAA Division I program that will have its first season in 2015-2016.
