    This fall Mi Elite is happy to announce a full fall schedule in September and October in order to provide players the opportunity to keep improving through the off season. We will have an option of choosing between three tournaments. Players may sign up for one single tournament or all three! Each tournament will also have a practice the Thursday before the tournament for the teams to get to know one anyone and to brush up on their skills before the event. The practices will be from 5:00-7:00

    At the end of each summer season, MI Elite hosts a coaches’ clinic. The clinic consists of station work run by the collegiate coaches, a scrimmage, and a coaches question and answer session for the parents and players. The purpose of the clinic is to provide girl lacrosse players in Michigan the chance to interact with coaches, evaluate their skills, and pursue the opportunity to play collegiate lacrosse. The clinic is an open to all girls entering grades 9-12 who have an interest in playing

    Our Spring Break Mini Camp was a great success! The camp had two three hour sessions on Friday April 3 and Saturday April 4 for both a middle school group and a high school group. In total, there were 24 players in attendance. The clinic also included four players who were brand new to lacrosse! It was a great environment to introduce the game to new players while providing personalized instruction to both the new and returning players.     Mi Elite is happy to announce its partnership with State of Fitness and owner Justin Grinnell. Justin along with other State of Fitness trainers will be running a strength and conditioning session for girls in both middle school and high school. There will be two one hour sessions per week. In order to provide the best level of training, each group will only allow 15 girls. Please make sure to register ASAP to reserve a spot. The sessions will be on Tuesday and Thursdays in the morning.
